The lower ground floor can be accessed by an independent entrance from the garage at the west side of the building. It leads past the heating installation and wine cellar to the lower landing. The lower ground floor consists of 2 bedroom suites ( one is currently used as a meditation and yoga room) each with a separate bathroom, plus a second kitchen fitted with a large fridge freezer, washing machine and sinks.
