Ragginerhof
Ragginerhof – Jewel of the Dolomites – is a 19 hectare private estate with a stunning, brand new house and stable located in the Dolomites, which are universally recognized as the most beautiful mountains in the world, due to their unique colour and composition.

These characteristics, combined with their geological and geomorphic significance, have earned the Dolomites the protected designation of one of the world’s greatest UNESCO World Heritage sites. While they are home to the largest and most impressive ski area of Europe, the region delights visitors and residents alike all year round with an average of 300 days of sun per year.

In the heart of

THE DOLOMITES

A private estate of 19 hectares with a splendid villa and independent barn, entirely surrounded by large wooded areas.
THE RIGHT COMBINATION BETWEEN RUSTIC AND MODERN
The property combines classic alpine charm outside with the most modern design and facilities inside and was completely rebuilt in 2012/13. It is located in the South Tyrol region of the Dolomites in northern Italy, one hour south of Innsbruck. While the region is predominantly german and italian speaking (hence the dual names), many people speak english.

Ragginerhof is located at 1250 meters and is 2km from the picturesque village of Luson/Lüsen, which is in turn 15 minutes from the beautiful city of Bressanone/Brixen, with its two rivers and two universities and which was once the seat of the Pope.
